Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Focus Bonsai ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Focus Bonsai is a personal productivity tool. You may use the App for its intended purpose — timing focus sessions, growing bonsai trees, and tracking your progress. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

Subscriptions & Payments

Focus Bonsai offers optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $29.99/year
• Lifetime: $69.99 (one-time purchase)

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period, if applicable).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content in Focus Bonsai — including but not limited to the bonsai rendering engine, visual assets, animations, sounds, and design — is the property of Stackforge GmbH and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

User-Generated Content

Bonsai trees generated during your sessions are created procedurally and stored locally on your device. You are free to share screenshots or exported images of your trees for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Focus Bonsai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stackforge GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
